Emory J. Infinger & Associates Construction Co., Inc. was established in July of 1986. Since then we have been serving the lowcountry area as an unlimited licensed general contractor with the appropriate bonding and insurance capacities. Currently we are performing approximately $23,000,000 a year in volume ranging from $10,000 - $13,000,000 per project.

We specialize in new construction, additions, renovations, and alterations of most commercial and industrial buildings.

Our major scope of projects include office buildings, educational, government, industrial, medical facilities, banking facilities, churches and fellowship halls. 

Our primary expertise is in the overall management and supervision of the construction projects. We also perform concrete, masonry, steel, and carpentry work with our own forces. We subcontract items such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical and other specialty trades.

Our office personnel include a president/general manager, a secretary, two bookkeepers, and three estimators/project managers. Our field personnel include six project superintendents, three contractor quality control representatives, and the necessary mechanics and laborers as a particular project may require.

We are completely computerized including estimating, scheduling, project cost control and accounting.
